Washing advice

Wash silk in the same way you would wash wool. Our silk travel products can be machine-washed at 30 degrees (without spinning) and drip-dried. They may be ironed. Silk dries extremely quickly.

For clothes other than the silk tops we recommend dry-cleaning. Silk tops can however be washed easily by hand in the sink.

Silk quilts only require airing, but dry-cleaning is recommended if they need to be washed.
Microfleece towels may be machine-washed at 60 degrees.

Silk should be washed separately with similar colours. Silk should not be soaked as this can cause the fabric to become blotchy or fade. An enzyme-free washing liquid or powder is recommended.

Treat your silk items correctly and they will last for many years.

Cashmere: Handwash 30 degrees.
